SSFA - School Holiday Program and Indoor Futsal: what you learn...


	Speed agility and ball skill, keeping the ball (possession) and Small Sided Games with changing direction to score goals. Running with the ball, short and long passing, heading away from goal and into the goal. Small Sided Games, learn to play your position 5v5. Intensive ball skills with Gerry fitness, cardio, ball skills e.g. passing, shooting, etc.

What to bring Hat (compulsory) and sun block Appropriate sports clothes. It is advisable to bring a change of clothes along in the advent of adverse weather e.g. a jacket, preferably waterproof Shin pads (compulsory) soccer boots and comfortable shoes for Indoor Futsal. A soccer ball clearly marked with child's name on it And a willingness to learn and have fun.

The school holiday clinic will run for the duration of 3 days. Come and join us for a thrilling,excitmentt filled camp and our main priority is seeing a smile on the childrens faces..

2. You will receive a confirmation of registration (no later than 48 hours after submitting)

Payment:

Full payment must be paid prior to the first session by Cash, Cheque, Money Order (*payable to SSFA) or Mastercard / Visa. Note: $2.50 surcharge applies to all credit cards.

Registration Conditions

All bookings/registrations are subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of SSFA Camps.

Refunds/Credits Policy
For cancellation more than 7 days before the commencement of the camp a full refund less $20 administration fee will be given. For cancellation less than 7 days before attendance at the camp or during the camp, except on the production of a medical certificate a refund cannot be given. On production of
a medical certificate a credit for a future camp of the same value will be given. Refund/credit requests must be made in writing within 72 hours of claim.

Terms and Conditions
By enrolling my child/children, I declare that they are fit to participate in all activities and consent to release SSFA, the Director and all staff from any claim or liability arising directly or indirectly from the program activities. I hereby indemnify SSFA against responsibility for any accident, loss or injury suffered by my child/children during the course of these activities. Should at any time SSFA or its staff consider that my children require medical or hospital treatment, I consent to you obtaining this at my expense.

To make a booking fill in Registration Details (one per address).

Bookings can only be made with the completed Registration Details form and full payment. Verbal bookings without payment cannot be accepted.
