SSFA - School Holiday Program and Indoor Futsal

Speed agility and ball skill, keeping the ball (possession) and Small Sided Games with changing direction to score goals.
Running with the ball, short and long passing, heading away from goal and into the goal.
Small Sided Games, learn to play your position 5v5.
Intensive ball skills with Gerry fitness, cardio, ball skills e.g. passing, shooting, etc.

What to bring

Hat (compulsory) and sun block
Appropriate sports clothes. It is advisable to bring a change of clothes along in the advent of adverse weather e.g. a jacket, preferably waterproof
Shin pads (compulsory) soccer boots and comfortable shoes for Indoor Futsal.
A soccer ball clearly marked with child's name on it
And a willingness to learn and have fun
